New RT scene format
A new RT scene format. A much easier-to-modify grammar with more
flexible types, automatic conversion, more global functions, and

was nearly impossible to modify, and full of bugs. As such, I think this
is a HUGE leap forwards for panorama. A translator from the old language
to the new one was in progress, and may become active again.
